Notes:- (1) The manufacturer of board / panel shall submit a copy of type test report of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: - (i) Temperature Rise. (ii) Dielectric Properties. (iii) Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current. (iv) Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. (v) Clearance & Creepage Distance. (vi) Mechanical Operation (2) For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-1, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It shall be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree C. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures / boards i.e. the Degree of Protection against Mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. (3) The lid closing and opening shall be done by quick fastening spring mechanism latches.

(4) Compactness of the boards is main criteria due to space constraints. The board / panel shall be made compact meeting the technical requirements in accordance with relevant standards and also keeping adequate space for technicians to work. For MCB section the distance between centers of two consecutive DIN Channels in a row shall not be more than 140 mm. M&L for comprehensive maintenance of 30 KVA, UPS system of Make- Vertiv (13 Nos installed at different locations in Base Hospital). The item shall includes maintenance of 13 Nos online UPS including replacement of parts as required in case of found defective during attending complaints namely IGBT's, power components:- Transistors, Capacitors, Diodes, SCR, LCD screens, Harmonic filters and transformers, PCB cards and connected electrical and electronic components etc. (All spares and defective batteries any capacity and sizes) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) The tenderer shall submit the copy of letter or MOU from OEM of UPS i.e, M/s Vertiv Energy Pvt Ltd stating that work shall be carried out by the OEM or their authorised Channel Partner failing which financial bid shall not be opened. (ii) All spare parts required for repair/ Maintenance of UPS shall be provided by the contractor. Cost of the same shall deemed to be included in Quoted rate for this item. (iii) Complaint shall be attended and rectified within 24 hours of intimation by user's rep, JE-in-Charge or Engr-in-Charge verbally or telephonically. Failing which, a penalty of Rs 1000/- per complaint per day shall be imposed on the contractor.

(iv) After rectification of the complaint, contractor shall inform to the concerned JE E/M for fault rectification, which will be done by contractor and also recce to be done for functioning of UPS and rectifying the defects. (v) Contractor shall display his contact number (Mobile No.) near all UPS. (vi) Contractor's quoted rates shall also includes maintenance and charging of battery on monthly basis by cleaning & applying Petrolium jelly. (vii) Upkeeping the log books shall be done by contractor's rep. (viii) Field service report shall be maintained and submitted to JE after every month by the contractor's rep for checking.

M&L in repair pipe earthing (PIP) comprising of GI 50mm bore pipe, wall thickness of pipe 4.85 mm (Medium grade), 3.00 Metre length, terminal size 40x6mm & internal strip 25x4mm with one bag of BFC (50 Kg) as per IS 3043-1987, tubing filled with jelly earthing compound, duly inserted in soil, boring of 100mm bore filled with back filled compound including fibre chamber cover 1x1 feet, openable type, including testing of earthing complete all as specified and as directed.
