Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross-section.

Construction of embankment with material approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 By Mechanical Means, Private Land

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to requiredslope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (I) Private Land

Construction of granular sub bae by providing well graded material ,spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel rollar to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical Specification clause 401.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to W.B.M. specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 km static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical specification. (i) WBM Gr-II

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular base / WBM including cleaning road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502..

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the dept.

Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete-Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,pre-mixed with bitumen binder @ 4.5 -5% of mix and filler and transporting the hot mix to work site ,laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd grade,level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction as per Mosrt&H cl.No.508 complete in all respect.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compund 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beds @ 250 gms per gm per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beds as per IRC :35 .The finished surface to be level ,uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MOSTRTH specification.

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro Prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adrering to the specification and guidelines of MOSTRTHS fixed to the road surface using the adhesive and the procedure recomanded by the manufactures with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance

Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary , mandatory and informatory sign. As per IRC:67 made of incapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on RCC Post 100 mmx100mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mmx450mmx600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing. i) 90 cm equilateral triangle

Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary , mandatory and informatory sign. Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment siope, verge or other location shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer including preparation of ground, fetching of sods and watering as per technical specification clause 310.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious mater, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material as per MORTH Clause No. 304. i. Supplying, fitting and placing TMT (Fe-500 D) reinforcement bar (From Primary Producer : TATA/ SAIL/Essar Steel/Jindal Steel/Shyam Steel/RINL) in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M-30grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 800 (a) With natural gravel

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8

Providing and laying boulder apron lead in wire crates made width 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4836 IN 100mm X 100mm mesh (Woven diagonally) including 10 percent extra for laps and joints laid with stone bolders weighing not less than 25kg each as per drawing and technical specification clause 1301.
