M&L vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick square/rectangular light shade texture polished,area of each tiles Not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of the tile including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser Item No-6 here -in-before but on vertical surface as in dados/skirting over 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in CM 1:4 complete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick Ready Mix Plaster in cement mortar (1:6) mixed with integral water proofing compound @200 ml/bag of cement over two coats of water proofing solution( butadiene latex) in the ratio 1:4: 7 (one part water proofing solution(butadiene latex), 4 part water and 7 part cement ) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture per Sqm in two coats on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note- Intergral water proofing compound and water proofing solution (butadiene latex) shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surface of wall and applying 3 mm thick wall care putty two or more coat to get even and smooth surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for rendering 15mm thick Ready Mix Plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with intergral water proofing compound @200 ml/bag of cement over two coats of water proofing solution (butadiene latex) in the ratio 1:4: 7 (one part water proofing solution(butadiene latex), 4 part water and 7 part cement ) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture per Sqm in two coats on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. M&L for rendering 5 mm thick Polymer Modified mortar Plaster on ceiling concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (i) Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co. or their authorized dealer.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
