Supplying filling dry stone soling hand packed under foundations including all carriages from source to site of work .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering: All work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand :8 graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. Including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with. 1:1.5: (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 150, landings balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:11/2 :3 (1 cement: 11/2 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregatem20mm nominal size )

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars:

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls above 20cm wide .

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine sand )

Diversion of channel during execution of work by way of filling empty cement bags with sand /earth, including cost of sewing and strings, including cost of bags and earth/sand.

Providing and fixing in position precast R.C.C. manhole cover and with frame rectangular shape 600x450 internal dimensions man hole covers

Desilting of canal for maintaining the regular grade and level for water course including disposal of surplus excavated earth /silt beyond industrial limits all inclusive complete.

P/L at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand ) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of the joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of engineer-incharge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).(Precast cement concrete kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in charge)

Supply/filling nalla stones broken for back of abutments including cost of carriages & material involved complete.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Carriage of all materials from source to site of work by mechanical transport including, unloading stacking

Sand/bajri from average lead upto 10 km
