Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 15 cm measured at a height of 30 cm above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (1 ha = 10,000 sqm X 12 ha = 1,20,000 sqm )

Cost of sapling at the site, providing native forestry tree species ranging in height from 5 to 6 feet, shifted in a 30 cm polybag per direction officer. in-charge and well- developed, full of fresh and healthy leaves.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment) 0.054 cum. per plant X 12,000 plants = 648 cum.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) 2.14.3 Holes 60 cm dia, and 60 cm deep

Schedule of requirement of Neem Cake: Supply and spreading of good quality Neem Cake manure free from impurities per plant 100 gm X 12,000 plants = 1,200 Kg. Neem Cake Note: - Total 1,200 Kg Neem Cake are to be required in 01 (One) year

Schedule of requirement of Vermi Compost: Supply and spreading of good quality Vermi Compost manure free from impurities per plant 200g X 12,000 plants = 2,400 kg Vermi Compost. Note: - Total 2,400 kg Vermi Compost are to be required in 01 (One) year.

Schedule of requirement of Anti-termite (Chlorpyrifos): Supply and spreading of good quality Anti-termite free from impurities (2.5ml per plant every 3 month) per plant 10 ml X 12,000 plants = 120 Litres Anti-termite Note: - Total 120 L Anti-termite are to be required in 01 (One) year

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserviceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant & water) (2.57.1) Trees Plant

Providing and watering of plants with Sewage Treated (STP) water through water tanker of Horticulture features at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 liter capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at the site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge. After plantation, watering around each plant with 25 L of water per plant (including cost of water tanker and manpower) No. of water tankers = (12,000 plants X 25 L)/ 5000 L capacity of one tanker = 60 water tankers

Complete Maintenance Work : 01 year maintenance of compensatory afforestation of 12000 nos. of trees for the duration of 01 (One) year at CA land handed over by NHAI near NTPC Ecopark in village Meethapur under South Forest Division for the financial year 2023-24 including watering with Sewage Treated (STP) water (through water tanker), cleaning, soil work with hoes & khurpis, weeding, light pruning, watch & ward 24 hours, maintenance of fencing & fire line as per site requirement, spreading cow dung manure, removal of rubbish from plantation site, area casualty replacement. Insecticides, Pesticides, Fungicides, anti- termite treatment etc. would be required to be applied as and when required or as per instructions of DRO/Range In-charge / concerned Range. PVC pipe, generator, tools, would be required to be applied/utilized by the contractor for watering the plants with STP water:

Schedule of requirement of Labours: 01 person per hectare to be engaged at the site of complete maintenance including watch & ward for effective care of plantation by contractor. Note: - Total 12 X 12 = 144 Labours are to be required in 01 (One) year

Replacement of casualty of plants including re-pitting, preparation of soil mixture, arranging and providing plant, including loading transportation and plantation of saplings. 10% Casualties (Casualty replacement shall be done by plants of minimum 5-6 ft. in height)

Schedule of requirement of Cowdung: Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment) 0.054 cum. per plant per Six Month X 1,2000 plant = 648 cum.

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately). 0.054 cum. per plant per Six Month X 12,000 plant = 648 cum.

Weeding out of plantation Site by removal of all weeds and other wild growth with roots by forking including disposal of garden rubbish with all loads and lifts complete if top dressing required paid separately (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth to be paid for separately) as per direction and satisfaction of officer in charge. 2.48.2 Where weeds upto 25% (0.25X 1,20,000 sqm = 25,000 sqm)

Schedule of watering: 1. April to July = 32 (02 times weekly) 2. August to October = 06 (02 times monthly) 3.
