Repairs to Pot Holes any depth not exceeding 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting edges at least 25 mm depth and making good by applying tack coat with bitumen @ 5 Kg/ Ten Sqm, putting in premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade VG -30 well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.80 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well rammed incl. supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings, depth of pot holes exc. 30 mm, compete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 Sqm and depth n exc 50mm deep compete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-I) conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 Kg/Sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge work 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix Bituminous Macadam binder content at 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous Premix Semi-Dense Asphaltic Concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder (Paving Bitumen any penetration) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painitng lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with Thermoplastic Road Marking Painting, white or golden or yellow complete all as specifeid and as directed.

S&F Two Way Reflective Road Stud of size 100 x 100 x 18.50mm made of heavy duty body of moulded ASA (acrylic styrene acryloretrite) or HIP (high impact polystryne) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer-In-Charge. The Cat Eye shall support a load of 25 tonne and impact strength shall be about 253 KN and shall be tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35+5 degress to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS as per manufacturers recommendation complete all as specified and directed. Make : DARK EYE, Model : DA 978/OSCAR, Model No .OS 776 or equivalent in the other approved makes.

Dismantling Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. laid in any type of mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory Made Rubber Moulded Pre-Cast Cement Concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) of size 300 x 300 x 100mm and fixing in CM 1:4 in Kerb Stone use with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match including embedding in the ground to depths indicated and tamping ground around and also for removing any surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation , filling, mass concrete, sub base of flooring works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine Pressed Precast Concrete Inter Locking Rubber Moulded Paver Block any shape with grey cement and pigment size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness,M-40 Grade laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Road Convex Mirror of Size 600mm fixed with Stainless Steel Pole of size 50mm dia with grouting in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate of 300x300x300mm in base of minimum pole height 1.75M complete all as specified and directed.
