CERTAIN ELECTRICAL AND CIVIL WORKS AT MATERIALS GROUP BLDG NO P156 AT GTRE BANGALORE

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling or mosaic tiles for thickness of 10 to 25 mm including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premisse as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing nominal cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i.e, equivalent design mix)cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 10mm thick with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on and including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 4.00 above but as in skirting including 12 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and / or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and / or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, with flooring on and including a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and / or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and / or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, for dado / skirting on and including 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying non skid ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as white, ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on and including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg / sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality colour glazed ceramic tiles of size 450mm x 300mm / 450mm x 350mm , in dado / skirting etc. conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as in skirting, risers of steps and dados over and including 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick as in foot path and court yard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on and including 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). dark shade pigment using ordinary cement complete all as specified and as directed.
