Repair to pot holes any depth n. exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, water scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming ( incl supply of road metal ) with 8 to 12 Tonne power Road roller complete all as Specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparing of black top surfaces by brushes with wire brushes for removing caked mud of surface etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as Specified and directed

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat of bitumen primer @ 5kg/10 Sqm of VG-10 grade bitumen,completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen any penetration VG-30 with using binder content 4% by weight of total mix including scrafying existing bituminous macadam surface rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 12 ton, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content(VG 30) of total mix by weight rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient,by using 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road Marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine and retro reflective glass beads,@250 to 300 gm/sqm to with stand vehicular traffic load, material shall be conforming to BS-3262(part-I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification ,8034 vol-III as laid down in the specification for road and bright work third revision etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of of old concrete , brick work Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions,complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, Pillars,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/concrete surface in CM (1:4) surface finished fair and even , complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, sub base and mass concrete etc , complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand , complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed..
