Mounting, Demounting, Repairing, Maintenance and Other Work related to 85/100T Dumper and Water Tankers of Amlohri project for a period of 02 years

Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc:- As per scope of work

Mounting and demounting of engine and its related parts during 2 year period.

Mounting and demounting of Transmission and its related parts during 2 year period.

Repairing of final drive /brake assembly of 01 side of dumper/WT during 2 year period.

Repairing of vibration damper, Torque Convertor, Power Take Off unit and its related parts during 2 year period.

Mounting and demounting of hydraulic pump/steering pump/charging pump/centrifugal pump and motor during 2 year period.

Repairing of suspension/hoist cylinder/steering cylinder during 2 year period.

Mounting, demounting, bush changing of tie rod or radial rod or steering cylinder during 2 year period.

Filter housing cleaning and oil filling during periodical maintenance of dumper, hose replacement and clamping during 2 year period.

Lubricant checking in workshop and dumper parking in both shift during 2 year period. (12Nos. of Dumper in each shiftx2shiftx730).

Daily electrical checking, battery maintainence and checking of electrical safety devices, demounting-mounting of self startor, alternator, battery, electrical harness routing and helping in troubleshooting of running/BD dumper/WT at workshop during 2 year period.(Average 10 Nos. dumpers per shiftX2x730days=14600Nos.)

Greasing and fan pulley, shaft assembly, A-frame bushing checking of all greasing points, repairing of injectors, pumps and its related parts during 2 year period.(10 dumpers per dayx730)

Toeing the breakdown dumper/tanker from the field to workshop area during 2 year period.

Demounting and mounting hydraulic/transmission coolers, diesel tank, steering tank, hydraulic tank , transmission tank and cleaning the same before mounting during 2 year period.

Repairing/Replacing of front brake liners, parking brake liner, flow divider valve, universal joints of drive shafts and its related parts during 2 year period.

Demounting and mounting of turbocharger, cylinder head, after cooler, air compressor, radiator assembly and other accessories of Engine for part repair work during 2 year period.

Weekly checking of dumper/tanker with nut bolt checking, universal joint checking, suspension checking and thorough checking during 2 year period.

Manpower should troubleshoot running mechanical breakdown and act as helping hand with fitter for checking of dumper, leakage arrest, nut bolt tightening, air lock removal etc in running /breakdown dumpers/WT at Parking Place in each shift during 2 year period. (01No skilled labour in each shift) (10Nos in each shiftx3shiftx730)

Manpower should troubleshoot running electrical breakdown and act as helping hand with electrician for Toe Starting, cleaning/changing of sensor, fault code diagnosis and action alarm interpretation/follow up etc in running/ breakdown dumpers at Parking Place in each shift.(01No skilled labour in each shift)(10Nos in each shiftx3shiftx730)
