Cement Concrete M7.5 (1:4:8) (Design mix) using 40 mm ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site excluding cost and fabrication of steel but soft water labour charges for mixing, transporting, placing in position, vibrating and compacting finishing and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charges for Hire charges for Tools and plants, including all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per standard specifications

Supplying and erecting centering for vertical plain/ RCC concrete walls of supply channel, retaining wall etc upto 90Cm height with necessary supports,all cross bracing with mild steel size of 90cm x60 cm and gauge BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angles of size 25 mm x25 mm x3mm for bearing laid silver Oak/ Country wood joist of size 7.50 cm x5.0 cm spaced @ about 90 cm C/C and supported by Casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm spaced @ 75 cm C/C etc,, complete complaying with standered specfications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Drain

Vibrated Cement Concrete of grade M15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm ISS size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cost cement at site including cost of formwork, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete, working at depths Hire charges for Tools and plants and incidental charges etc., complete as per relevent standard specification for Drain Side wall

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two Crushed Stone Sand and Four aggregate) using 6 to12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trowel, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers) For 25mm thick

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 75mm thick slab

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9” x 4 1/2” x 3” with class designation of 10 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for oundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete mplying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. ickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.(In Cement Mortar 1:5)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
