Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete.Double strip (horizontal type)

Providing and fixing cup board shelves and shutters 25 mm thick, with Pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS: 12823 marked, exterior grade (Grade l Type ll), having one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, including IInd class teak wood lipping of 25 mm wide x12 mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel Hydrolic/piano hinges, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s inculuding remoning if old distenper it required specification.Two or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.including remading old putty if required.

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets or putty wherever necessary:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm)
