The tenderer as prime or lead contractor, in any one year should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work such as Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) /A2O with BNR of value not less than Rs.735.16 lakh.

The tenderer should have executed in any one year Operation & Maintenance of 12 MLD Capacity Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) /A2O with BNR.

The tenderer should have executed Design, Operation and Maintenance of STPs based on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)/A2O with BNR and Disc Filteration/Ultra Filtration/Membrane Bio reactor in the last five financial years meeting following effluent parameters as per Honble National Green Tribunal norms for minimum one year.pH-instantaneous range-6.5-9, BODs at 20 degreeC-10 mg/L,COD- 50mg/L, TSS-10mg/L,Total Nitrogen -10mg/L,Total Phosphorous-1 mg/L, Fecal Coliform -230 MPN/100mL

The tenderer should have O&M Experience of 12 MLD STP based on Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)/A2O with BNR Tertiary Treatment Unit/ Additional Treatment Unit i.e., Disc Filtration / Ultra Filtration/ Membrane Bio Reactor of minimum One year.

liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs 73.51 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

The tenderer should have in the last 5 years period achieved in at least two financial years an minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.588.13 lakhs

Assessed available tender capacity AxNx1.5-B should be More than Rs. 1470.32 Lakhs

Contractor Should have Registration in KPWD or BWSSB etc as per KTPP norms
