Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS: Designing, Providing and fixing in position Hot rolled structural steel Members / Sections consists of MS joists, channels, angles, purlins, pipes, hollow tubes, runners, insert plates, flats etc. at all levels. Surface preparation of all MS members by Sand blasting to SA 21/2 grade and painted with anti corrosive, low VOC PU paint (metallic finish) with compatible primer to a minimum film thickness of 75 microns and 2 coats of low VOC PU paint of Akzonoble make and total dry film thickness 225 microns. (Only Main structural supports related to Facade works if required any shall be considered and no base frame or support structure shall not be considered, which shall form part of the respective cladding and Glazing items). Providing and Fixing of polyurethane foam for Sloped roof as thermal insulation panels or Sandwich insulated panels with external 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted Galvalume sheet with trapezoidal roofing profile having crest height of 38mm at every 333mm span , whereas internal 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbed profile and the insulation material will be chlorofluoro carbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free , high performance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) conforming to IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measured at 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessary flashings such as L flashing, C flashing etc& accessories such as screws, fastners ,sealants etc for fixing the panel etc ., complete complying with standard specification.
Supplying and fixing G.I Sheet Gutters fir Collecting rain water from slopped position of G.I Sheet 0.8cm thick, 0.70cm wide with appropriate hanger including fixing in position and necessary cost of brackets, screws, nails etc., complete.
Dadooing walls with best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of size 450x300x8mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Flooring with Joint free double charged vitrified tiles of approved quality, colour and design joint free of size 600 x 600 x 8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40 kg/Sqm laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, the same before handing over as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Flooring with following Topflex sports flooring made with 4.5mm thk PVC sports flooring which has abrasion resistance, impact resistance, residual impression, fire resistance, light resistanct and sound isolation etc., complete complying with standard specification. Paving the floor with best approved quality Natural flammed finish granite for flooring/ steps & Landing of 18 / 20mm thick of with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification
Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.
Supplying and laying hydraulic pressed monolithic natural grey colour cement concrete inter locking paver block of 83mm thick, in cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand, four aggregate) using difference design and with stand for pressure of 150 - 200 kg/m2 over the existing sand cushion by using earth rambers and also vibratting the concrete blocks often laying using plate vibrators etc, complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Solid PVC door shutters Toilet door using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 1. SOLAR PV MODULES AND ARRAY (i) Only indigenous modules shall be used in the Solar module shall be Mano Crystalline(or) Concentrator Py modules type. The peak power output of |the PV Module shall be min 550Wp under STC. Module Voc shall be minimum 21V., The total array capacity shall not be less than required capacity and this shall be operating at the required DC voltage. 2 MOUNTING STRUCTURES The PV modules will be mounted os fixed metallic structures of adequate strenoth and appropriate design, whick can withstand lond of modules and high wind velocities up to 150 km per hour. 3.JUNCTION BOXES The junction boxes shall be dust proof, vermin and waterproof and made of FRP / Thermo Plastic. The terminals be connected to copper bus- bar shall arrangement of proper sizes. The junction boxes shall have suitable cable points fitted with eable glands of entry appropriate sizes for both incoming and outgoing cables. 9.GRID ISLANDING: PV svstem software and control system will be equipped with islanding protection. In addition to disconnection from the gird (islanding protection t.e on no supply), under and over voltage conditions will adequate ratine fuses fuses on inverter inout side (DC) as wel as output side (AC) for overload and short circuit protection and disconneeting switches to isolte the DC and AC system for maintcnances as needed.
