Dismantling of defective components like capacitors, relays, contactors, indication lights, metering etc. from APFC panels and static capacitor bank, including dismantling of terminations, wirings, hardware etc. as required at site.

Supply of Heavy duty Round type capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 50Hz, 3 phase AC complete with terminal cover and discharge device to replace defective capacitors in APFC panels as per requirement of each stage of the panel- make standard

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electrical interconnection with multistrand copper wires/ aluminium bus bars using necessary hardware, lugs,tapes etc. as required at sitelinks/ wires etc. as required at site.

Supply of microprocessor based APFC relay having digital display of power factor and other parameters to sense the power factor and give phase impulse to contrctor coils for switch On and Off required no. of capacitors to achieve the target power factor set on the relay- make standard

Supply of 100 Amp TP MCCB to replace defective MCCB to give protection and prevent single phasing of capacitor units in stages as per requiremet of site make- L&T/Schneider/Havell's

Supply of MCB 63 Amp, triple pole - make L&T/Schneider/Havell's

Supply of capacitor duty contactors suitable up to 15 KVAr capacitors to replace defective contactors as per requirement of stages. Capacitor duty contactors control the starting in- rush of current and save capacitors from the surges-make L&T/GE/Schneider/Epcos

Supply of capacitor duty contactors suitable up to 30 KVAr capacitors to replace defective contactors as per requirement of stages. Capacitor duty contactors control the starting in- rush of current and save capacitors from the surges-make L&T/GE/Schneider/Epcos

Supply of Indication light of various colours to replace defective indication, light as per requirement of capacitor stages and main RYB indication etc. as required at site make : FTC/standard/Teknik

Installation and connection of various components as described above in APFC panels /static capacitor banks using necessary hardware mounting arrangement and termination with multistrand copper wire, lugs and tapes etc. as required at site.

Servicing of APFC panels including complete dusting of all components, decarbonising of contactor contacts, tightening of all nut bolts, dressing of control & power wiring, alignment of doors to prevent ingress of moisture and dust & vermin for safety of the equipment installed in the panel. Removing rust of touching of all rusted parts to prevent damage to sheet steel housing of the panel etc. as required.

Testing & commissioning of APFC panel as per required parameters including following as per requirement of power supply authority I. Meggering of all equipment for phase to phase, Phase to neutral and phase to earth to check insulation of the system for achieving safety aof man power. II. Setting of APFC relay for target power factor as per specified requirement III. Conducting all function tests to check efficacy of the system and proper functioning for switching of contactors on receiving signals from sensing CT installed in the main line. IV. Monitoring of power factor to achieve average target power factor.

AMC complete capacitor installation with regular visit of our Engineer and repair/ replacement of defective /worn out parts including regular monitoring of power factor for achieving target power factor continuously as per parameter specified parameters and keep the APFC panel and static capacitor banks in full working condition during the period of AMC.
