M&L for trial bore of 200 mm dia upto 200 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone /boulder including electric logging , MS caps , MS flat iron clamps , reducing socket etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (01 No of Borewell)

M&L for development of trial bore by reaming-up upto 525 mm for 60 RM from ground level including MS casing pipe of 200 mm dia and thickness 8 mm including filling pea gravel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for development of trial bore by reaming-up upto 525 mm for 60 m to 200m from ground level including casing pipe of 200 mm dia and thickness 8mm and pea gravel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for MS reducer ,bail plug , well cap, MS strip for centering ,MS iron clamp, electric logging and sample strata box including 100 mm PCC around the borewell minimum 2 m radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for slotted pipe of 200 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for yield test for bore well by continuously pumping for 16 HRs to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fix GI column pipe medium grade ISI marked of size 50 mm bore each of 03 mtrs length and both end flanged including making cut mark in flanges for smooth lowering into the tube well along with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers etc, complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply & Fix PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motors, flat three core copper conductor cable size 6 sqmm,1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , laying , testing and commissioning Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, TP suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 200/250 mm) , discharge minimum 3 LPS at a head of 100 M and capacity of submersible pump of motor 5 HP complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Submersible pump starter upto 7.5 HP capacity in sheet metal enclosure with voltmeter, Amps meter and protection phasing / overload conditions / phase reversal / phase unbalance, 6-10 HP, relay range 13-21 Amp, complete all as specified and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing of GI pipe medium grade 50 mm bore with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying in trenches 20 mm bore CPVC Tubing’s SDR 13.5 pipes & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings with all fitting and fixtures laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed

S & F CPVC Ball valve of size 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gun-metal gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends size 50 mm bore, for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Cast iron non return valve of size 50 mm bore, disc flap type with flanged and drilled ends with bypass arrangement conforming to IS-5312 Part-I including 02 Nos flanges and jointing material like nuts, bolts, washers and gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying, testing and commissioning underground LT Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- 1. Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover, pipe, PCC work for road crossing / hard standing and Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately. 2. Cost of glands, aluminium cable lugs (eye lid/barrel / bottle neck type/ring type or any shape), new nut, bolt and washers of required size / description are deemed to include in this rate.

Supplying, installing ,testing and commissioning of mono block pump sets of 2 HP capacity with CI impeller, gland packing sealing, C-40, 1 phase, 230 V , AC with suitable size TEFC induction motor, Sync speed 1500 rpm IP -44, B class with delivery and suction head 40X50 mm including civil work for making foundation , small shed made up of GI sheet for protection of motor from rain work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing DOL starter suitable upto 2 HP mono block pump set single phase 230 Volt, relay range from 10.5 -17.5 A including making connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mr in depth in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying of pipeline complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying of pipeline complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in road cutting/ hard rock and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of new pipe including making good the disturbed surface of road with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense/ soft rock soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil/soft rock from site to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand/m- Sand for cushioning underground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches to protect underground cable complete all as specified and as directed.
