Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on Plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, including all leads and lift. a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 30% boulders (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Random Rubble masonry hard stone in foundation and plnth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for : a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying damp proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand:4 graded stone agg. 12.5mm nominal size and curing complete (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttreses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centring shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL).

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. a) Cold twisted bars.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Sand from Kathua for an average lead of 76.00 Km. by M.T. b) Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above from Kathua for an average lead of 76.00 Km. by M.T. c) Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Kathua for an average lead of 76.00 Km. by M.T. d) Stones/boulders from Lohai nallah for an av. lead of 11.00 km. by M.T.
