S & F MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole, 16 KA, 415 V, AC, 50 Hz, Thermalmegnetic protection, with adjustable sensitivity and adjustable tripping, lcs = 100% Icu inlcuding making all electrical connection by providing copper lugs etc.

S & F sheet metal enclosure for MCB, DB 8 way, SPN, 240 Volts, 200 amps rated copper busbar, Double door (with metal) door enclosure made up of CRCA sheet steel, RAL 9003 powder coated, IP 43, IK 09, Conf to IS 8623- 1&3, IEC 61439-3, having Neutral and earth bar, cable ties for cabel management, fully shrouded neutral bar, reversible door option, blanking plate inlcuding fixing the DB box flush in wall of any type and making good the distrubed surface to match as the existing with all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F MCB SP 6-32 Amp, AC, 220 Volt, 10 kA, C-curve, ISI marked, as per IEC 60898-1 2002 complete all as specified & directed

M & L for Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 4.0 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable (with colour code), drawn in but inlcuindg PVC conduit including all accessories approved by EIC, inlcuding PVC insulated unsheathed 4.0 Sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green PVC insulated as contineous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly complete.

Supply and fixing four single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 16 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor ISI marked as approved by EIC complete all as specified and directed. Make RR Kabel or Equivalent make of any brand.

M & L for Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 3.25 meter deep below gorund level with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 meter below normal gound level connected to galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm as earth lead strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of glavanized iron as steel all as shown electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including test on completion,sorrunded from all side by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode by means of steel and GI pipe ligh grade 20mm bore dia for watering funnel wih wire mesh, CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified. Note : 1. The unit rare includes for protection GI pipe of 40mm and watering pipe of 20mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/disintegrate rock. 2. Contactor has to acheive desired result as the soil resistivily is very high. 3. The cost of GI strip of 25x4 from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr depth including getting out all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, commissioning and testing of UG LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with standed aluminium conductor of size 25Sqmm 4.0 core including connection the cables at both ends by providing suitable size aluminium lugs at the termination ends.

Returing filling in including spreading, leveling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not execeeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M & L sand filling in-trenches with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cable complete all as specified. Note :- punned thickness only measured for payment.

Material and labour fly ash brick for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying 40 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole/wall up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Boring under road/path will be measured and paid under respective item)

M & L for Boring holes 2 m deep in soil and for Pipe upto 250mm dia for under-reamed piles and getting out and disposal of soil to a distance of n exc 50 m as specified and directed.
