REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND STREET LIGHT AT AF STATION JAIPUR

Dehydration/Filteration of tranformer/Stabilizer oil at site by means of centrifuging machine in order to improve dielectric strength of oil as per IS-355. Break down voltage should not be less than 50 KV with 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed

(a) Oil topping up shall be measured and paid seperately.

(b) Contractor has to make his own arrangement for oil filteration plant.

M & L for topping up/change oil for transformer of 11KV/433 Volt of different capacity of dielectric strength /repturing capacity of oil not less than 50 KV (tested at site with testing kit with 2.5 mm gap ) and test the the dielectric strength of transformer oil before and after the topping up and make oil to the required level of transformer indicator level all as specified and directed by EIC. Make: Power/Savita or as approved by GE

(a) The transformer oil shall be ISI marked and brought at site in sealed container only.

(b) The M & L for necessary T & P for collection of transformerr oil samples , testing kit and filteration plant.

Supply and fix in replacement breather for transformer oil conservator tank including filled with silica gel for transformer of 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in charge

S & F in replacement oil temperature indicator gauge suitable for transformer of capacity 11KV/433 Volt complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in charge

S&F in replacement drain cock ISI marked at the bottom of the main tank of transformer after , drain out oil up to safe working level and changing of existing HT bushing with stud, seal etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-In -Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement HT bushings of transformer 11 KV/ 433 Volts including by disconnecting existng HT connectin, drain out oil up to safe working level and chnging of existing HT bushing with stud, seal etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In -Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement LT stud of suitable for 400 KVA transformer of 11/433 Volt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In -Charge.

M&L for painting of transformer/stablizer of 400/300 KVA including cleaning of exposed surface with emmery paper & brush, coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer and two coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Maintenance/Over hauling of HT VCB 11 KV of any Make and rating at AF station Domestic and Tropo Area Jaipur by taking shunt down with prior intimation and cleaning of HT VCB by using air blower , tightning the control circuit , Checking the all fuses , to ensure the smooth functioning of HT VCB by employing the Skilled trades man and helper all as directed by Engineer -In - Charge. Note: Quoted Rate is deemed to be included the following:-

(i) Replacement of small piece of wire of sq area up to 1.5 sqmm Control Ckt cable) of Max length 5 Mtrs and replacement of unseviceble indicator lamps asper colour code allas specified and as directedby Engineer - In - Charge.

(ii) Rack out /Down the HT VCB kept in Test position , Check the megger value of VCB terminals with body by suitable HT megger of range 5000 Volt and check the servicebility of earthing connection by Earth megger note down the readings.

Supply and fixing in replacement air break switch triple pole, 11KV, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating up to 200 amps complete with including insulators horizontal /vertical rod and operating pipe of suitable size and length including taking down the old unserviceble air break switch,jumper connections and reconnecting of suitable size and length and making connection to new AB switch gang operated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Taking out/down u/s LT UG cable of any size from trenches/pipe/ducts/ pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for LT under ground cable 1100 V grade XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded , galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductors laid in pipes, trenches/ducts fixed on pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Description all as per Item Ser No.12.00 here-in-before but having size 10 sq mm 2.0 core.

(b) Description all as per Item Ser No.12.00 here-in-before but having size size 16 sq mm 4 core.

(c) Description all as per Item Ser No.12.00 here-in-before but having size 25 sq mm 3.5 core.

(d) Description all as per Item Ser No.12.00 here-in-before but having size 50 sq mm 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtrs wide & not exc 1.5 mtrs in depth for taking out/laying of pipes/cables etc & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to ISI 14930 ( Part I and II) for protection of underground cables . Outer dia of pipe 63 mm with all fittings. laid in trenches / road/ nallah or fixed along wall. poles or laid under floor (including cutting floor/Road and making good to match with existing adjoining surface etc for cable protection all as specified. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply and lay double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to ISI 14930 ( Part I and II) for protection of underground cables of size. Outer dia of pipe 50 mm with all fittings. laid in trenches / road/ nallah or fixed along wall. poles or laid under floor (including cutting floor/Road and making good to match with existing adjoining surface etc for cable protection all as specified. (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Renewing cement concrete tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as directed.

M&L in repair for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with gray cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade including cushioning complete all as directed.
