Extension of Existing Control Room Buildings (Civil Works) at various 66-33/11 kV Receiving Stations of O&M Circle, Jammu and O&M Circle Kathua on Turnkey Basis (Complete job including all material). The work includes extension of existing Control Room Buildings by way of dismantling as required at site and extension of 500 sft area on column structure along the length of the building including plinth, finishing as required for integral use for housing the electrical equipments. The works also includes extension of cable ducts as per size and specifications available at site. The works includes roof treatment of the complete building to avoid water seepage, internal & external painting of the complete building, anti skid vitrified tiles flooring, fixing of door and window frames and shutters as required and electric fittings. Construction of bathroom, toilets and septic tank including sanitary fittings and provision for storage of 500 Ltrs overhead water tank units with in the extended portion of control room building including disposal of Mulba. The bidders will have to visit each site before quoting the rates and will have to submit structural/ architectural drawings duly approved from authorized architect/consultant before start of the work (Building area to be constructed is 500 sft for each control room)
