M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade 2.5 Kg/ 10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer complete including Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqmm all (n exc 50 mm deep) and finishing surfaces of concrete roads, pavements by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with VG-30 and 4% binder content laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with paving bitumenous includiing prepration @ 4% by weight of total mix complete rolling to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 ton power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder (Paving bituminous VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix including prepration of existing black top/ unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning and cleaning surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : Repair of road to be carried out in Patches.

S&F in repair, metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Dealineator to be of Solar type only.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of Plastic emulsion paint over a priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking 2 mm thick center in stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets and similar work on road surfaces and like n. exc 15cm wide as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved make and mix with 8% mica sign applicator machine, complete with traffic diversion arrangement. For example : Painting work on Zebra crossings, speed brakers etc. (Make-CMS Bombay/Shivalik/Prime-Chandigarh /Ritacto-Meerut/SN Industries-Delhi).

S& F in repair 75 mm dia Convex mirror mounted on metal sheet body and frame work suitable for road side mounted on angle iron (50 x 50 x 6 mm) for mirror bottom each 1.20 m high above GL and fixed with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repairs retro reflective Cautionary / warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
