Providing and Laying Solid cement concrete block masonry with M-5 Grade of specified thickness in super structure in cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) . The rate shall also include providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8 mm dia bars at every third course of the masonry work. The rate shall also include anchoring of rebars with concrete surfaces for transiom and mullions wherever required (Reinforcement for Transiom and Mullion will be paid under reinforcement item).

Providing and fixing TMT Steel Reinforcement bars of specified grades manufactured using virgin materials confirming to IS 1786 for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Using TMT bars of specified grades. TMT bars to be supplied by vendors as per technical specification in tender book using virgin materials.

Providing, centering, shuttering Form work using steel plates, timber planks for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports, bracings etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels For Super Structure

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 at all levels (1 cement, 1.5 crushed sand, 3 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc.. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement.
