SPL REPAIR TO REPLACEMENT OF LT PANELS CABLES AND ALLIED WORKS IN AOR OF AGE E/M-I OF GE (N) MAMUN

Disconnecting and taking out LT cable any type/size/core from trenches/cable duct/through wall/pole carefully complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work, sand, bricks cover will be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting electrically, dismantling and taking out old unserviceable LT panel complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables/taking out of cables, foundation of poles or stays, for re-routing of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling, in including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Float-cum-Boost SCR Controlled 110V, 30A, Single phase, 6-feeder battery charger integrated with a DC distribution board in a single common cubicle. The Charger is suitable for an AC input of 230V +/- 10% and Output is suitable to charge of 110V DC,100Ah Battery Bank while simultaneosly powering the load. The output voltage remains constant within +/-2% for AC input Voltage variation 230+/-10% and load variation 0-100% complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Stand for battery charger and connection of battery charger, battery & VCB with suitable size of wire, thimble etc are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sealed Maintenance free VRLA Battery bank 110 V, 100Ah consisting of 55Nos cell of 2 V each complete with inter cell copper connector, SS Nut Bolt, MS Powder coated stand in factory charged condition complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Battery stand made of angle iron of suitable size and interconnection of battery line connection with thimble, leads, wires of suitable size as per OEM etc are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing in replacement of LT Panel cubical type suitable for outdoor installation, factory made, CPRI approved, floor mounted, having sleeve insulated aluminium busbar of rating 1000 Amps. 3 phase 4 wire mounted on epoxy based insulators, LED indicator lamp set type RYB, internal wiring with PVC insulated but sheathed stranded copper conductor FRLS wire1100 volts grade of adequate but not less than 2.5 Sqmm size, dust and vermin proof, powder coated with 7 tank process with common elecrolytic, IP-65 class protection, both side openable door, compartamentalised, approns for cable entry & exit with suitable size of glands, terminals & thimbles all as specified, double door with locking arrangement for each compartment, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and mounted on angle iron frame 50x50x 6 mm with 90 cm leg, Min 40 cm embedded and secured in PCC foundation of suitable size all as specified and directed with comprising of MCB DP 63 Amps- 03 Nos and Digital voltmeter 0-500 Volts along with selector switch-01 No and Digital Ammeter with CT's ( 0-800 ) Amps along with selector switch - 01 No and outgoing MCCB 415 volt with adjustable thermal & magnetic release of capacities 630 Amps, 4 pole, 36 KA - 01 No and outgoing MCCB 250 Amps, 4 pole, 36 KA -02 Nos and outgoing MCCB 200 Amp 4 pole 36 KA - 01 No complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate quoted are deemed to be included for M&L required at site for connection of LT panel to existing ACB Panel.
