Fabrication, providing, fitting and lowering of B Class column pipe conforming to IS: 1239 of length 3 Mtrs into the Borewell upto the desired depth. The job includes providing and welding of flanges conforming to IS: 6392, Table-17 to these pipes and welding of flanges in two layers to make the flanged joint strong and leak proof using high quality electrodes of Essab/Ador make. The job further includes making of cuts in flanges for accommodating the submersible cable and includes all types of consumables, skilled labour, arrangement of power supply/ Diesel Generator set etc required for the job including providing and fitting of suitable size nuts bolts RI Gasket etc. The Dia of pipe is 65 mm. Providing and fitting of, DN 100 mm PN 16 Rating Ductile Iron double flanged, non-rising spindle soft seated glandless Gate/ Sluice valves as per IS14846 for regulating the water supply in the Delivery and washout System. The body and bonnet of the valve shall be of ductile iron, wedge with fully vulcanized EPDM rubber (Approved for drinking water) and NBR seal. The Gate/Sluice valve shall be compatible for buried applications and shall be safe to install in both horizontal and vertical positions. The job includes providing and fitting of 02 No of M.S flanges perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valve which shall be fitted as per site requirement. The job includes cost on account of nuts, bolts, gaskets, washers and other consumables etc required for carrying out the job. Providing and fitting of DN 100 mm PN 16 Rating double flanged, Slanted seat Swing check valve( NRV) as per IS 5312. The body shall be of ductile cast iron with fully encapsulated vulcanized EPDM rubber (Approved for drinking water). The job includes providing and fitting of 02 No of M.S flanges perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valve which shall be fitted as per site requirement at appropriate spots in Delivery system and Rising Main. The job includes cost on account of nuts, bolts, gaskets, washers and other consumables etc required for carrying out the job. Providing, laying fitting testing and commissioning of G.I flanged Rising Main including bends, offsets etc at site (Both underground/ over ground as per site requirement) for connecting to the existing already laid 100 mm Nominal Dia Rising Main. The Pipe shall be hot dip Galvanized, Class-B of 100mm Nominal Dia in suitable length of 6 Mtr (Approx.) confirming to IS 1239. The job includes providing and fitting of M.S Flanges conforming to IS 6392 Table-17. The cable connections terminal shall be fitted with copper thimbles of required size. Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Floor Mounted Electric Control Panel in cubical shape having dust & vermin proof enclosures fabricated of sheet metal construction using 16 SWG thick corrosion resistant steel sheets. The fabrication shall be done in a way so that the finish shall be elegant and workmanship shall be of high quality. The interiors and the exterior of the cubicles shall be finished with paint of desired shade. All cut- outs and holes to be drilled in the panel shall be carried out as per requirement before rust proofing. All cubicles shall be adequately spaced and the system shall be properly earthed having requisite cable glands. The Enclosure shall be protected to IP 54. Further the doors shall be suitably hinged to ensure uniform pressure and shall be lockable with special type operated locks. The panel should be provided with a compatible base frame. The job includes Auguring of bore of required dia/depth for installation of electrode along with backfill compound mixed with soil and all other items required thereof for achieving the best result. The job includes connecting of electric substation through GI strip as per relevant standards. Safe earthling electrode size: 80mm dia (Approx.) Length – 2000 mm (Approx.) Back fill compound. -25 kg The total installation shall be effectively earthed and shall conform to IS: 3043 Rest Technical Specifications as per Annexure B in e-NIT.
