Material and labour for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge exceeding 40 mm but not exceeding 53 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars any dia in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for AAC block masonary in cement mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6 meter radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4, (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar, 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labourfor preparing new plaster surfaces walls including chajjas, facias etc. and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior, antifungal weather proof paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labourfor broken glass coping on top of walls in lime mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labourfor cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 (Fe-290 grade) as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint(1st quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixed galvanized steel barbed wire with two strands of line wire of dia 2.24 mm and barbed with point wire of dia 2 mm at 75 mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised iron binding wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed (two strand of line wire will be measured as one unit).

Material and labour for concertina coil fencing with punched tap, 600 mm dia (before stretching) with 10-12 stands of SRPBT wire of of minimum 2.59 mm dia and 1620 N/Sqmm tensile strength with anti-ruste bitiminous coating confirming to IS 4454:1981 (part-I), grade -II for respective material including all necessary fixing arrangement as per manufacturer's instruction for fixing and erection complete all as specified and as directed.
