Drilling trial bore hole by direct or reverse rotary combination rig plant and equipment through any kind of soil/ rock strata by drilling not less than 250mm dia bore hole upto 60 metre depth from ground level by carrying out electronic logging of the layers to the complete depth including submitting the strata details duly graphically recorded and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50metre away, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- During drilling lithological sample shall be collected at an interval of 3 mtr (or) whenever there is change in lithology.

All as per serial item No. 1.00 above but depth exceeding 60 metre and not exceeding 120 metre below ground level.

Expanding trial bore for new bore well with reverse rotary combination rig plant equipment through any kind of soil/ rock strata by drilling not less than 525mm dia bore hole from depth beyond 60 metre upto 200 metre deep from ground level for MS casing pipe and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50metre away complete all as specified and directed. Note for serial Item No. 5.00 & 6.00:- MS/ EWR Pipe and Pea gravel shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply, assembling and lowering into bore hole M S pipes 350mm dia heavy grade casing pipe screwed, socketed and welded ISI marked ERW in random length upto 6 metre long with wall thickness not less than 8mm including all necessary fittings and jointing from ground level duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surface of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, assembling and lowering into bore hole M S pipes 250mm dia heavy grade casing pipe screwed, socketed and welded ISI marked ERW in random length upto 6 metre long with wall thickness not less than 8mm including all necessary fittings and jointing from ground level duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surface of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, assembling and lowering into bore hole M S slotted pipes 250mm dia heavy grade casing pipe screwed, socketed and welded ISI marked ERW in random length upto 6 metre long with wall thickness not less than 8mm including all necessary fittings and jointing duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surface of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of bore well with compressed air of capacity 200 PSI 900CFM appropriate capacity as ground till to get the clear water and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water, complete all as specified and as directed.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L pea gravel of size 4mm to 10mm of approved quality as in packing around the casing/ slotted pipe in bore well complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing reducer socket ERW MS 350mm x 250mm for casing pipe of bore well complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing bore well cap for 350mm bore MS pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply MS bail plug of size 250mm bore one metre long, 6mm thick with MS rod 25mm dia welded to 250mm bore MS pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS work using flat, angle, joint etc. including bending, drilling, welding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 16sqmm flat three core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor industrial cable for submersible pump motors 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI flanged pipe 80mm dia Class C as column pipe for tube well of size 3 mtr long ( 10 feet) both end flanged, welded as in column pipe suitable for submersible pump having suitable cuts for passing through submersible cable including nut, bolts and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing GI/ CI/ PPR distribution pipe line 100mm/ 150mm bore in position for making branch connection (insertion/ welding of Tee/socket) including fitting with necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of cast iron sluice valve for water supply purpose with CI drilled flanged ends (integrally cast), class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-780 with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel including jointing material complete such as rubber insertion packing rings with adequate size and requisite numbers nuts, bolts and washers complete of the of size 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing ductile iron pipe (water mains) 150mm bore class 'K-7' conforming to IS: 1536) with spigot and socketed ends with suitable rubber tyton joints, centrifugally cast in any lengths complete all as specified and directed.
