2nd motion pinion key slot worn-out portion repairing by metal filling with special type jointing electrodes and shaping and size as per design

Heavy duty key making for above pinion

Dismantling of 2nd motion pinion with the help of hydraulic jack and after repairing and rectification of job refitting etc.

Gear box lower body cracked portion repairing by its “v” gausing, groove making by grinding machine and welding by special jointing cast – iron electrodes (ferroloid – 4) and shaping by grinding as required leakage proof

Worn-out bearing cover new making, cast iron electrodes , machining , tapping and grooving etc.

Oil seal cap worn-out portion repairing by C.I. electrodes welding machine

Gear box repair kit like as ‘o’ ring, gasket, packing, lock , body thread cleaning, surface polishing bolts-nuts etc.

Gear box upper & lower body tightening worn-out stud thread replaced with new fabricating stud by high tensile stud rod

Complete gear box assembling, all pinion refitting, bearing fining , pinion matching & commissioning and all stud tightening

Output oil seal new providing

Reassembling of SMD-9 flange with gear box with the helped hydraulic jack and refitting of flange in fluid coupling etc.

Repairing of worn-out flange both side. side by metal filling as per require and by special type jointing electrode and machining as per design etc.

Reassembling of motor, gear box, fluid coupling rubber spider etc with proper alignment of motor, gear box and crusher roll, test & trial run etc.
