Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power)complete including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, regulators, sockets, light fittings, wooden terminal boxes, plastic laminated sheet cover, including taking down of DB’s, meter board any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with single core PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm FRLSH (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, with GI saddles GI screws, rawl plugs (concealed conduit/surface wiring in walls and casing capping on ceiling or roof ) including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of suitable size on existing terminal boxes with new brass screws for mounting switches sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to main earth dolly complete all as specified for one light/Fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one Switch. Note :- (i) Cost for cutting, chasing and making good to existing surfaces shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
