Box cutting the road surface to proper slope and camber for making a base for road work including removing the excavated stuff and depositing on the road side slope as directed upto 50Mt.lead.
Sub Grade Construction - Construction of Subgrade, Earthwork for road with murrum including breaking clods, dressing with rolling and consolidation of subgrade in layers minimum 200 mm thickness at OMC to required dry density including filing the depression which occur during the process of power roller of 8 to10 T, murrum brought from outside of minimum CBR of 8 per cent along with density (98 per cent of the modified Proctor lab MDD) when compacted and finished. All complete as directed by engineer in charge.
Granular Sub Base Construction - Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded crushed stone aggregate, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or machinery on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density. GSB layer shall comprise of two layers. For lower layer called as filter /separation layer Grading I, II, V or VI shall be used. For upper layer called as drainage layer, Grading III or Grading IV shall be used. Minimum compacted thickness shall be 100 mm for each layer. All complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH.
Dry lean cement concrete- Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.
PQC M40 concrete:- Providing and laying in position Pavement Quality Controlled Concrete of M-40 grade, for the mix design of PQC concrete IRC:44 shall be referred, using cement content as per design mix- OPC 53 Grade cement-maximum cement content shall not exceed 450 kg/m3 of concrete and fly ash shall not used in concrete, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate, maximum size of coarse aggregate shall be as per IRC:44, adding admixtures and adding polyester fiber (12 mm) of triangular cross section having tensile strength of 4000 to 6000 kg/cm2 like Recron 3S or equivalent fiber by using 125 gms fiber per 50 kgs cement used as per the design mix of the specified workability, Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using surface vibrators/ double beam screed board vibrator and needle vibrators and finished with power floater & brooming with wire brush and finishing with required texture etc. and leveling to required slope/ camber, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, including providing Separation membrane shall be impermeable Polyethylene sheet 150 micron thick as per IS:2508, transparent or white in colour laid flat with minimum creases, the separation membrane may be nailed to the lower layer with concrete nails, including cost for provision of contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints by groove cutting machine (groove cut depth and width shall be as per IRC:15) as per drawing and including cost for sealing all the joint by sealent and debonding tape as specified in IRC:15 chapter no.8, curing by ponding of water for min. period of 21 days, including fixing Dowel bars and Tie bars as per drawing with use of cradles/chairs (cost of Dowels/tie bars/cradle chairs shall be paid extra in separate item) all complete including all materials, labour, machinery, formwork with all leads and lifts etc. as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position with prefabricated cradles/dowel chairs and binding. All complete as per drawing and Specifications of chapter 8 of IRC 15 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) Dowel Bars:- 32 mm dia mild steel plain bar of grade S 240 (The dowel bars shall conform to IS:432 of Grade I)
(ii) Tie Bars:- 12 mm dia Tie bars shall be Thermo- Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars conforming to IS:1786 and grade of Fe 500
(iii) Cradles/dowel chairs:- 6 mm dia mild steel plain bar including cutting and welding as per requirement.
Anti-corrosive coating to all dowel bars, tie bars, Cradles/dowel chairs: Providing fusion bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175 micron thickness and up to 300 micron to reinforcement bars as per IS‐13620‐1993/ ASTM‐775 M including testing of coating at plant and all taxes etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Dowel bar, Tie bar, Cradles/ dowel chairs)
Dowel Bar Paint: Proving and applying Bituminous/Asphalt based compound like Adobreak which will harden on dowel bars to form a thin plastic sheath, applied at a rate of up to 1.8 - 3.6 m2 per litre at least 60 per cent of the length from one end for dowel bars.
Expansion joint: Providing 20 mm thick expansion joint by providing and fixing CAPCELL HD ‐ 100 pre‐moulded compressible filler board in black colour confirming to MoRT&H Specifications (Clause 1015), having minimum density 95kg/cum.metre, non‐staining with less than 1% water absorption & compression recovery of 93% minimum as per specification for 20 mm wide expansion joint including cutting to required size and shape at all levels. Including applying the elastomeric joint sealan two component, high performance polysulfide formulation conforming to BS:4254 and ASTM C 920 having weathering resistance to ultra‐violet rays and shall exhibit shore A hardness of 25 and have movement accommodation factor 25% including using of compatible primer of approved standard etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Cap of Dowel bars:- Supplying, fixing in position Cap of Dowel bars mm long & 40 mm dia for 32 mm dowel bar, tough and durable plastic cap on dowel bars including filling compressive material in cap, a closely fitting cap 100 mm long with closed end consisting of GI pipe or stiff plastic of 2 mm thickness shall be placed over the sheathed end of each dowel bar. An expansion space at least equal in length to the thickness of the joint filler board shall be formed between the end of the cap and the end of the dowel bar by using compressible sponge. To block the entry of cement slurry between dowel and cap it may be taped all round etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Thermoplastic paints:- Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic paints with reflectorising glass beads on bitumin surface providing and laying a hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is excluding of surface applied glass beds as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.zebra patta /bump patta lane/center line/ edge line/cut patta. The white color marking should provide liminance coefficinet on cemend road shalll be min 130 mcd/m2/lux and Asphalt road shall be min 100 mcd/m2/lux during the service life during the day time. The marking should meet the performance criteria for night time reflectivity, wet reflectivity and skid resistance as mentioned in the section-15 of IRC 35-2015.
Cat Eye / Road Stud / RPM: Supplying of Molded Twin Shanks Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 13635 kgs. tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH /33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 130 mm and 130 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and The color of the marker should be as per the IRC 35-2015 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Disposal of excavated earth and surplus material upto 5.00 kilometer lead by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading for all leads including all lifts involved, disposed soil to be levelled, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Stormwater Drain cum Footpath work- NP 3 Pipe 600mm dia for stormwater drain:- Providing laying (to level or slopes) and jointing R.C.C Heavy Duty Non-Pressure Pipe I.S. Class NP=3 casted by Vertically Vibrated Technology -600mm dia. with collars and butt ends prepared for collar joints with 1‐ Cement : 1‐ coarse sand including testing of joints complete. 600mm dia. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
NP 3 Pipe 450mm dia for utility crossing:- Providing laying (to level or slopes) and jointing R.C.C Heavy Duty Non-Pressure Pipe I.S. Class NP=3 casted by Vertically Vibrated Technology -450mm dia. with collars and butt ends prepared for collar joints with 1‐ Cement : 1‐ coarse sand including testing of joints complete. 450mm dia. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1‐ Cement : 3‐ coarse sand : 6‐ hand broken stone aggregates 40 mmnominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth (more than 10 ton) etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.250 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (A) Foundations, footings, Base of columns and Mass concrete. (upto 10 ton) etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.250 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (B) Walls, from top of foundation level upto floor two level (upto 10 ton) etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Formwork:- Providing formwork of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. Height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4M. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) Foundations Footings Bases of Columns etc. and Mass concrete.
Formwork:- Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached buttresses & string course & the like. etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Formwork:- Flat surfaces such as soffits of supspened floors slabs Landings and the like. (1) Floors, chamber Slab etc. upto 200 mm in thickness.
Cement Plaster:- Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rough (Similar)side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in Cement mortar 1:3 (1‐cement:3‐sand) etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Filling available excavated earth:- Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches. plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth consolidating each disposited layer by ramming and watering etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Paver block:- Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade with ISI mark (IS 15658 : 2006) with Shotblasted finish of VYARA make, made by pnumatic compressed by mechanically pressed and as per approved design including 35mm Sand layer (white river sand) for levelling and filling the joint with sand in proper line and level as per guidlines of IRC : SP 63-2018 etc., etc complete.. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Kerb stone:- Providing and fixing pre‐cast concrete kerb stone of gray cement based concrete block of VYARA make, size 30cm length, 30cm height and 15cm thick of M250 grade concret as per approved design and including excavation, base of PCC 100mm thick for fixing in proper line and level, filling the joint with C:M 1:3 (1cement : 3fine sand) etc complete. including applying one coat primar and two colour coats, including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge) etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
