Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and include for all necessary lowering, etc., removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plasteringcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces (internal surfaces) finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick external plastering in CM (1:4) with water proofing compound on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound will measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty on internal walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats with 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkalie and fungal resistance, dirt resistance, exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43L/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.9L/10sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair Aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia.of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and and fixed with aluminium wire staples/wooden beads fixed to existing shutters of any description.

Supply and fixed in repair fancy type curtain rod 25mm dia with heavy duty brackets, both of SS 304 grade and thickness not less than 1.2mm including stops, rollers etc complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fixed in repair floor door stopper aluminium body with overall length 140mm complete all as specified and directed.
