| 1Design , supply , installation Commissioning with operation & maintenance of integrated Water Treatment System for Ammonia , Aalgee, Odor, Color and Biofilm Control at weir & settling tanks at water treatment plant supply, erection, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of complete ammonia removal , Clo2 , Stabilized blend of organic and inorganic acids formulated for optimization in potable water treatment dosing plant , running of ammonia removal plant for treatment of raw water for drinking purposes, strictly in accordance with DNIT specifications. The scope includes supply of chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) and Stabilized blend of organic and inorganic acids formulated for optimization in potable water treatment meeting BIS 10500-2012 . The work shall include supply and installation of all plant and machinery, including dosing pumps, agitators, blowers, Clo₂ generator, instrumentation, diffuser, testing equipment, electrical control panels, valves, and complete pipe laying, civil work etc.. All dosing plant and machinery systems shall be technically approved by the principal manufacturer and shall be capable of treating water as per DNIT requirements. The entire plant and machineries etc.. cost shall be born by the successful bidder, and the plant will be provided on a returnable basis to contractor after completion of the contract period, including deployment of operational staff and dose determination, for smooth and continuous operation with technical consent of the department officer-in-charge. | |||||
