Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling, wedging out rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within in all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/ labour if required.All useful materials such as stones, shingle aggregate and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 12020.30 cubic metre quantity @ Rs. 300/- (at the rate of rupees three hundred ) only of per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor’s running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases. Earth work in excavation for all type of structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks ( where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 & 1600 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre). Compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying of boulder apron gabion wall laid in wire crates with 4mm(four millimetre) dia G.I. wire( Galvanized iron wire) confirming to IS: 280 (IS: two hundred eighty) and IS: 4836 (IS: four thousand eight hundred thirty six) in 100mmx100mm(one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40kg (forty kilogram) each as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1301 and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including the carriage of material within all leads ,lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification of grade M-15 ( M-fifteen) designed mix with minimum cement content not less than 275 Kg/cum ( two hundred seventy ive kilogram) per cubic metre with 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size crushed stone aggregate on ground under water and curing complete including pumping or bawling out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900 & 1200 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of unlined surface drain in all kinds and classification of soil average cross sectional area 0.40 (Zero point forty) square metre in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimension. Excavated materials to be used in embankment with in all lift and lead as per M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 307 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:5:10 ( One cement is to five sand is to ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size on ground or under water including pumping or bailing out water( surface and sub soil water), dewatering for all heights /depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete for all heights/ depths, including the cost of form work and curing for 14 ( fourteen) days complete in Retaining walls and Breast walls etcetera as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 , 1200 and 1600 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Back filling behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. Complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 1200 & 1600 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimeter) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards draining face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications Clause 709, 1206.6 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete Grade M-10 (M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 millimetre ( forty millimetre ) nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures and the like Drains etcetera including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads ,lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying Rubble stone flooring in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement is to three sand) laid over cement concrete bedding inclusive of its cost complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 1303 or as directed by the Engineer-in Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1000 & 1200 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire all heights/depth including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The is rate includes the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification section 800,900 & 1200 of grade M-20 (M-Twenty) ) designed mix with minimum cement contents not less than 330 Kg ( three hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including curing complete and cost of form work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab, beam, girder and bressumers etcetera and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including curing complete and cost of form work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab, beam, girder and bressumers etcetera and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Reinforced cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated M-15 grade nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement: two & half sand: five graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty miilimetre) nomianl size) kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 (eight) fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specifications rural roads clause 1703 (200 metre ) (Two hundred metre stone precast ) including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts and other incidential and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory 600 mm (six hundred milimetre) equilatral triangle sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 1700 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards more than 0.90 ( zero decimal nine) square metre as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm and 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and MORD Technical Specification section 1700 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
