Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC/Lime concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing all debris out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete chequered tiles of approved colour containing GR Fibre with smooth finish, minimum compressive strength of M40 grade. The wet transverse strength minimum 3.0 N/sqmm, made in two layers (wearing layer upto 6-10mm). Using PU moulds (without carbon) with double vibration compaction at schematic levels. The size of the tile should be L- 300mm x W-300mm x T-25mm. Tolerance in dimensions as per BIS. Using pigment is UV-stabilized iron oxide with free from lead, zinc & organic dyes compounds laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made precast concrete kerb stones of cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material outside of MD Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks (ols size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in In cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc. & removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonary finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry surfaces or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured rubber moulded paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand for cushioning shall be included under quoted rates.

M&L in repair precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate for manhole cover including placing over manhole including demolition of old RCC manhole covers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape requried, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bar shoulder &/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks with Angle, MS sheet Flat iron & similar work conforming to Fe 290 GDE -E-165 (Ladders, door frames and cooler stand etc) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new concrete/ brick/stone surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old dealineator and refixing the same at old or new position including necessary fixing accesorries i.e. nut, bolt etc including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for construction of precast RCC soakage well 700-750mm internal dia and effactive depth 8.00 m, 40mm wall thickness including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC incl filling the debris in old unsv soakwell complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair reinforced cement concrete pipes 150 mm bore of pipes, class NP-2 laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars including necessary earhwork and making good complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair uPVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore, type A, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed in trench including necessary earhwork and making good complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe fittings such as bend, Tee, Socket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
