Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: Using quarry stone with bond stone.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 5Crnm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 co.:Hse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size: Crushed.

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for· Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Carriage of cement from an average lead up to 130Km by Mechanical transport.

Carriage of sand and coarse aggregate from an average lead up to 08Km by Mechanical transport.

Carriage of Stones from an average lead up to 05km by Mechanical transport.
