Technical literature to be submitted by the bidder along with offer if required otherwise offer liable to be rejected.

Tenderer has to specify Make/Brand and Model/Part no. if required in their offer failing which their offer will be passed over.

HSN Code must be provided in offer full digit.

Manufacturer/Suppliers Trade Mark along with year and month of manufacturer to be embossed / marked on the product/boxes/cartoons as stipulated in specification/Drawing.

Before supply the item, firm must be tested the sand from Govt. authorized sand testing organization and NABL test certificate must be submitted at the time of supply.

Part supply and Part payment in 03 months.
