Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster/terrazzo dado on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified

M&L for screed bed or bedding laying of cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick as in for floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for backing coat of cement mortar 1:4, 10 mm thick for as in vertical surfaces such as skirting , dados etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non-skid coloured ceramic tiles minimum 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified Note : Screed bed shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F for glazed ceramic tiles coloured of minimum size 300x200x7mm thick fixed in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white and colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed. Note : Backing coat shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for pre polished Granite work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and the like set with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Screed bed shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B brick straight or curve on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, as in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) of built in wooden locker area not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and making good to the disturbed surfaces and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodidized aluminium frames for doors/windows/ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, including making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of other required fittings etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, C.P.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Notes:- 1. The weight shall be of all aluminium components and fittings except the gaskets. 2. Glazing to be paid for separately and all other fittings shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.)

S&F anodidized aluminium for windows and ventilator shutters and similar work with extruded built up standard sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required and standard aluminium fittings like handles, bolts, stays, closing/locking mechanisms and other required fittings etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing /panelling, C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Notes:- 1. The weight shall be of all aluminium components and fittings except the gaskets. 2. Glazing to be paid for separately and all other fittings shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.)

M & L for preparation for newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of suitable primer complete all as specified and directed.
