Comprehensive maintenance of 13 passenger lift manufactured by ESCON Elevators bearing No 16010571, regularly and systematically including inspection adjustment, repair, renewal or replacement of machine motor and controller parts including worms, bearing gears, brake magnet coils or break motors, break shoes, brushes, windings, commutators, rotating elements, contacts, coil resistance for operating and motor circuits, magnets, frames and other mechanical parts, safety devices governors guide shoes, guide rollers, gibs, wire ropes, ARD, PCB cards of main control panel, existing capacity of batteries etc as per the direction of Engineer- in charge and as per the written direction of Govt lift inspecter and lubrication as required including emergency call back services and over time examination etc complete all as specified and as directed. Carrying out the inspection of lift by Govt lift inspector for worthiness certificate all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) If any water collected in the lift well shall be drain out with suitable capacity of pumpset with out any extra cost. (ii) The contractor is responsible for repair/replacement of flurescent tube/light fitting/fan/exhaust fan/call bell/limit switch without any extra cost to the Govt. (iii) If the contractor not attended / resolved the logged / given complaint within 24 hours penality will be levied as per PS clause 4.3.1 of CA.

Disconnecting the electric cable from the terminal box of 2 HP motor, decoupling the motor from the pump, remove the motor from the foundation bed and taking out the motor and transporting to authorised work shop and performing following works as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt copper winding /fiber strip/insulating materials and worn out ball bearing - 2 No (ii ) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials/fiber strip/varnishing and made terminal connection of fiber glass coated wire. (iii) Replacement of ball bearing - 2 No (iv) Assembling the motor and painting with two coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking flow of water and MES NO all as per norms and all as specified and as directed as directed by the engr-in-charge. (v) Transporting to the motor to the site refixing on foundation channel with new bolts and nuts , coupling the pump and motor with correct alignment apply grease and connecting electrical connections testing complete alll as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge.

Emptying accumulated water completely, removing sludge, silt, cleaning internal surfaces and bottom of PVC tank of any capacity upto 1000 ltrs with wire mesh/brush/brooms etc by using washing soda and bleaching powder completely, finally cleaning with plain water for making the tank suitable to store water and marking out side the tank in visible place the capacity of tank, date of cleaning, due date for cleaning with white enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rubber hose pipe 32 mm dia heavy duty including taking down the existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
