REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF WATER TANK AT MH WITH CONNECTED WORK AND PROVN OF TILLING IN BLDG NO P-12-3 and 12-4 JCOs QTR AT NEW MIL STN UNDER GE GANGTOK

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in supporting pillar / block including necessary form work as required complete support to GI pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC Type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 sqm but n. exc. 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 06 here-in-before but on vertical surface of wall like skirting/dado etc including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but n. exc. 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 7mm or 250mm x 350mm x 7mm thick as in dado / skirting and vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade, ISI Marked including necessary flanges on both ends of pipe and other flanged GI fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees, union, reducer, short length etc.) fixed to wall / ceiling or laid in trenches / on floor including dismantling existing tubing complete all as specified and directed.
