Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply & Erection of Suspension fitting + Faced hook + pole clamp pair + suspension clamp

Supply with laying of of Aerial Bunched Cable, Governing specifictions-As per IS:14255:1995 latest, Aerial Bunched cables Working voltages- Up to and including 1100 Volts, Cable suitable for use on 3 Phase AC system, ISI Marked-Yes, Type of Insulation - (as per Cl.5.1 Table 1 and Table 2 of IS:14255:1995 latest)-Crosslinked Polyethylene compound, Colour of insulation-Black, Conductor material for Phase conductor-Aluminium H2 Grade as per IS:8130:1984 latest, Conductor material for Messenger (Neutral) conductor-Heat treated Aluminium-magnesium-silicon alloy wire as per IS:398 (Part 4):1979 latest, Nominal cross sectional area of Phase conductor (in Sq.mm) 3x95, The size of (Nominal cross sectional area) street lighting conductor (in Sq.mm) 1x50, Nominal cross sectional area of Messenger (Neutral conductor) (in Sq.mm) 1x25, Manufacturer's identification throughout the length of cable As per Cl.12.1 of IS:14255:1995, Packing and marking As per Cl.13 of IS:14255:1995

SUPPLY with laying of Four core, 25 Sq MM, Armoured, 1.2 MM thick XLPE insulation, PVC innersheathed,outer sheathed of 1.24 MM , 1100 V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988. Aluminium Cable, current carrying capacity 137 Amps in ground/Air.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Supplying and making outdoor end termination with cast resin compound including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required 4 X 25 sq. mm

Loading and unlaoding of pole from SOCP IBVA to Site(To and Fro).

Supply and fixing of feeder pillar, Size-500 MM X 500 MM X 300MM depth and connection etc as required. A. 40 Amp MCCB, 4 Pole-01 Nos B. 100 AMP contractor, 3 Pole- 01 no C. 63 AMPS Aluminium bus bar-01 No.s D.feeder pillar, Size-500 MM X 500 MM X 300MM

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
