Excavation over area n.exc.1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth; in foundation etc n.exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exc. 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil or materials to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing to a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed..

Removal of excavated soil or materials to a distance exc. 500 mtr but not exc. 1.0 km and depositing to a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller of capacity exc. 8 tonne but n.exc. 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for moorum/red bajri (brought from out side of MoD land) filling in floor or paving, laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, spread levelled and rammed, watering and including forming embankments in layers n.exc. 30 cm thick, ramming rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc. n.exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating of moorum or red bajri any thickness with power roller 8 to 12 tonne/2 to 5 tonne capacity up to required shape, size and gradient complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for 150 mm thick soling (Spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone , interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidating to required shape, size and gradient and camber complete all as specified and rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM) in lwo layer , each layer of 75 mm thick with coarse aggregate of granite trap, grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size ) spread and rolled each layer with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity and consolidating to required finish, shape and gradient complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for 150 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor including necessary form work if required on site, level of concrete, compacted, rammed, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 50 mm thick Sand filling/screed under floor levelled and consolidated complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for 100 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of M-50 grade with grey cement and pigment complete laid and jointed on road surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 300mm thick in two layers of 150mm each granular sub base of grading all as specified over compacted sub grade , using 63 mm stone aggregate Grade-V (75mm -0.075mm) using natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone material . Surface to be laid, formed rolled using vibratory roller of min 80KN weight and consoildated to required gradient and camber as specified. Rolling to be continued till density achieved is at least 98 % of maximum dry density for the laid surface complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for 150mm thick ( compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) in two layer, each layer of 75 mm thick with coarse aggregate of granite trape grading 2 ( 63 to 40 mm size or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size) spread using mechanical paver as specified and rolled each layer with poer/vibrant roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity and consolidating to required finish, shape and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for for 150 mm thick DLC of grading (26.5mm - 0.075mm) with 7 days compressive strength of 10Mpa with minimum cement content of 180Kg/Cum. Design mix, laying spreading and compaction using vibratory roller of minimum 80 KN weight to required gradient and camber as specified. Rolling to be continued till density achieved is atleast 98 percent of maximum dry density of the laid surface complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour for for HDPE sheet, 400 micron thick laid and secured over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 10 mm thick sand filling under floor levelled and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for for 225mm thick cement concrete (PQC) work in pavement/Hard standing /Helipad ground of flexural strength 45 kg/sq cm in field, using minimum cement content of 400 kg per cum as design mix , using non circular, virgin, synthetic, monofilament polyster fibres of length 12 - 18mm as specific gravity 1.34 to1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, equivalant diametre 15 to 40 micron, minimum melting temperature 240 degree centigrade and minimum tensile strength 300Mpa @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufactureres instructions. Note:(i) Non circular, virgin, synthetic, monofilament polyster fibres shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only (ii) K - value of the subgrade is considered as 3 kg/ sqcm/cm. Before execution K value is required to be tested. The cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply only non circular, virgin, synthetic, monofilament polyster fibres of length 12 - 18mm as specific gravity 1.34 to1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, equivalant diametre 15to 40 micron, minimum melting temperature 240 degree centigrade and minimum tensile strength 300Mpa @0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufactureres instructions etc all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for for forming 25 mm wide Expansion joint in 225 mm thick concrete pavement and filling with 25 mm thick premoulded high density filler board HD 100 as specified and provn of 30 mm dia polythelene back up rod and top 15 mm primed & filled with polyurethene based sealant (backup material) over two coats of approved primer , before 30 minutes to pouring the sealant all as per manufacturers instruction . The concrete surface of the joints shall be made dry and free of dirt and vaccume cleaned by a mechanical device etc all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for for forming Construction joint of 10mm wide and polythelene back up rod of 12mm dia and top primed & filled with polyurethene based sealant (backup material) over two coat of approved primer , before 30 minutes to pouring the sealant all as per manufacturers instructions. The concrete surface of the joints shall be made dry and free of dirt and vaccume cleaned by a mechanical device etc all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for for forming Dummy joint of 8mm wide and polythelene back up rod of 10mm dia and top 15 mm primed & filled with polyurethene based sealant (backup material) over two coats of approved primer , before 30 minutes to pouring the sealant all as per manufacturers instruction . The concrete surface of the joints shall be made dry and free of dirt and vaccume cleaned by a mechanical device etc all as specified and directed.. Note: The contractor shall give Performance Warranty in writing for ten years for item Nos 29.0, 30.0 and 31.0 above

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 , type C1 , using 20 mm graded aggregate as in edge shoulder concrete of pavement, roof kerb,mud stops, plinth course like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamferfed angle and throating including finished top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided in post holes complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for wind stock post complete all as specified and shifting within the premises for refixing complete.

Fixing only mild steel work of any description including embeded in concrete and screwing etc in post of wind socks including all necessary drilling bolting and securing as required complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes)each n. exc.0.50cum getting out , returning filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm. Watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and making good as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 , type C2 using 40 mm graged stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directred.

Material & Labour for including preparation to old steel surfaces of wind socks and applying one coat of synthetic paint in any shade or tint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for including preparation of new surfaces of concrete of pavement and applying 2 coats of road marking paint for painting to lines, dashes,arrows, letters, etc and like exc. 10 cm wide with white or golden yellow or any shade of colour as directed.
