Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof profections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted ) per sq mtr. of average thickness 2mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism ) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1 - Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2 - Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 Itrs (undiluted ) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as speified and directed. Make of Manufacturer: ASIAN/BERGER/ NEROLAC or equivalent.

Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 Itrs (undiluted ) /10 sq mtrs diluted with water 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Material and labour for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon addictive &Color stay Technology Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specification, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 Ilt (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied overpriming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as directed. Make of Manufacturer: ASIAN/BERGER/ NEROLAC or equivalent.

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single sparay gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed by paint manufacturer with as mentioned in PS and acessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface with using auto roller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.
