(ii) It is highlighted that the certain condition of General Condition of Contracts (IAFW-2249) has been modified as per direction of MoD i.e. inclusssion of Performance Security, deletion of Risk & Cost Provisions and increase in defect liability period all as per tender documents. Demolition of Concrete (Unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for Plain Cement Conerete 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone agregate as in foundation/platform of pump set/pump panel & other works at different pump house complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trench in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 mtr width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out for taking up or laying water pipe line for soft / loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick as in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavating material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply only Supply only Ferric Alum Slab, commercial grade coagulant in solid crystalline slab form, light to dark brown in appearance, dry, free from visible impurities, completely water-soluble, not inducing any undesirable substances beyond permissible limits as per IS:10500:2012 in treated water, containing minimum 16–17% Fe₂O₃ content by mass, acidic in nature, packed in durable HDPE bags ensuring safe handling and storage, suitable for treatment of drinking water and industrial water purification, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and conforming to IS:299 (latest revision).

Supply only Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) inorganic soluble polymer raw water flocculants powder in 25 Kg bags conforming to the following specifications: -(a) Bulk Density/specific Gravity at 20 Degree Celcius: 0.75 + 0.10 (b) PH Value of aqueous solution (w/v): 3.5 – 5.0 (1%)(c) Chloride content (w/w): 31.0% + 2.0%(d) Sulphate content: 10 % (Max)(e) Basicity: 40.0 + 5.0(f) Mercury & Lead: Not desirable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Collection of 8 nos water samples ( RAW and Treated ) from 09 water supply installations ( Pump House No. 1, 2,3,4,5,7,8,9 & 10 ) including water treatment plant under GE Jorhat in a special sterilized container and submitting to test laboratory for Bacteriological/Chemical analysis as per IS code and obtain test result from lab including submitting to Engineer-in-Charge as directed. Total 09 Nos of pump houses and 09 Nos samples in a month for testing of both Raw and treated water . Nature of Tests :- (NOTE: Testing shall be carried out at NTC/NEIST Jorhat or any other Govt approved laboratory with prior approval of GE)

Supply only Spiral Cap type pet sterile bottle made from BPA free material for taking samples of water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PE /FRP dozing tank of capacity 100 litres, 480 mm dia and 575 mm height with lid containing port hole for pouring chlorination chemical and water including provision for mounting arrangement for motor & dosing pump, solution level Indication Gauge suitable for chemical dosing plant complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of defective motor of capacity 1 HP, 415 Volt, 1440 RPM with gear assembly from chemical dozing system / Water filteration in swimming pool after disconnecting electric connection and servicing the motor & gear assembly for proper functioning including replacement of burnt copper winding, oiling and greasing etc, and refixing back in same position complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Spares such as NRV, Bearing, Rubber coupling will be deemed to be included in rate quoted against above item.

Supply & Fixing Safe water pre-filter capsule suitable for accommodating one unit of Prefil sealed refill for corrosion & scale inhibition as well as sediment filtration sealed of 51.0 cm. for drinking water applications, (before PVC Tank Inlet ) with spcifications such as pressure: 7 Bar, Temperature: 35°C Max, End connections: 1½ inch, Installing location: Vertical Spindle all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Safe water pre-filter sealed refill for corrosion & scale inhibition as well as sediment filtration for Prefil capsules for drinking water applications of specifications such as height: 51 cm, must be capable of forming protective films on pipe interiors, must prevent precipitation of Calcium, Magnesium & Iron, minimise red water problem by complexation with Iron Filter porosity: 5 Microns, Pressure: 1.5 Mpa Temperature: 45°C all as specified and as directed.
