Sch 'A' Part - I : BUILDINGS OR WORKS Designing (hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically), providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trails of STP of capacity 1500 KLD with tertiary treatment consisting of Coarse Bar Screening Chamber (RCC) with steel screen (Manual), Receiving Sump RCC, Submersible Pumps in receiving sump, Silting Chamber in RCC, Fine bar Screen Chamber(Manual) RCC with steel screen, Oil & Grease Remover (RCC), Grit Separator, Equalization Tank (2 Tanks of 50% Capacity each), Air Grid for Equalization Tanks Feed Pumps (2 Nos), Moving Bed Bio Reactors with plastic media (of appropriate density size and quantity to keep very high MLSS >5000 mg/lit), Air Blowers for MBBR (2 Nos), Tube Settler assembly, Sludge Pump screw type (2 Nos), sludge Dewatering Centrifuge, sludge holding tank, Air grid for sludge holding, Chlorine Dozing System, Chlorine Contact Tank, foundation for all E/M equipment’s, associated piping work with required valves, gates, drains, path ways, Electrical Control Panel with interconnecting cable, spare parts for 2 years of operating etc., complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete. For tertiary treatment it also includes Filter Feed Tank of RCC, Filter Feed Pumps, Dual Media Filter, Activated Carbon Filter, Treated Water Tank in RCC Treated Sewage can also be used for irrigation, horticulture, firefighting and MT Wash

End usage/reuse of treated waste water-toilet flushing, arboriculture, etc. (i) The contractor shall ensure submission of detailed drawings (plan & section).P&L diagram, schematic diagram for the above said component is required for the complete working in the STP and got approved from any IIT/NIT. (ii) NOC from the municipal corporation for disposal of treated waste water to be taken. (iii) Consent to establish and consent to operate from SPCB to be taken. (iv) CPHEEO manual for sewage disposal to be followed for design. Electric Mechanical Works:- (i) Bar Screen – 2 Nos (ii) Raw Sewage Transfer Pump – 2 Nos (1Working + 1 Stand by) (iii) Anoxic Mixture, Anoxic recirculation pump with motor. Sch 'A' Part - III : FITTINGS / FIXTURES AND MISC ITEMS EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for cutting of existing 50mm dia GI pipe line and taking of 50mm dia branch connection and including inserting TEE of size 50x50x50mm union etc as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork and Excavation, Returning and filling shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Material and labour for cutting of existing 150mm dia CI pipe line and taking branch connection with 50mm dia GI pipe line and including inserting CI specials like TEEs, Collars, reducers etc as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork and Excavation, Returning and filling, CI specials shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Material and labour for existing road/floor for taking out/laying of GI/CI pipe line including necessary earthwork, excavation and making good to match with existing surface with PCC 1:4:8 type C1 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of Brick masonry Valve chamber with inner dimension of 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm with 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation 230 mm thick brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 , PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in coping, rendering 15 mm thick both internal and external surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including provision of mild steel sheet cover of 3 mm thick with mild steel angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm size frame work. All iron surfaces painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including handle with locking arrangement, excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch 'A' Part - IV : OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF STP Maintenance and operation of pumping installation installed at Sewage tertiary treatment plant of capacity 1500 KLD comprising the following equipments operation in and including normal Maintenance of pump sets and cleaning of pump house premises complete all as specified and as directed. (for 1st year ) No of shifts : Three shifts per day No of labours: one FGM (semi-skilled) for each shift.(Shift timing 06.00 Hrs to 14.00 Hrs ,14.00 Hrs to 22.00 Hrs and 22:00 Hrs to 06:00 Hrs )

(a) Consist of : Coarse Bar Screening Chamber (RCC), Receiving sump, Silting chamber, Fine bar screen chamber, Oil & Grease remover,Grit seperator, Equilastion tanks, Air grid for Equalisation tanks,Feed Pumps , Moving Bed Bio Reactor, Air Blowers, Tube Settler Assembly, Sludge Pump, sludge dewatering pumps, Sludge holding tank, Air grid ,Chlorine Dozing system & Filter feed tank & Pumps, Dual Media filter.Activated Carbon filter, Terated water tank with irregation ,horbriculture , fire finghting sytem etc (b) DG set of 160KVA with control panel (c) LT panel board with starter and valves. Note : As applicable: (a) The operating staff shall be capable for attending minor defects/ rectification. Necessary tools should be provided by the contractor with out any extra cost. (b) DHPP (Diesel) shall be issued by department by using DG Operators but diesel should be collected from AFS (MT)/ MES (MT) section and transportation upto DG installation by the contractor. (c) The operating staff shall ould record the voltages & amperes, consumption of diesel and readings etc., in the daily log sheet as per format enclosed as Appendix 'A' as applicable. (d).The operating staff shall record the pump set No, Running hours, Qty of water pumped, voltages & Amperes in the daily log sheet as per format enclosed as Appendix 'B as applicable. (e) The rate quoted is inclusive of supplying required daily log sheet and stationary as required without any extra cost. (f) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed for carrying out daily maintenance of installation (as mentioned in BOQ & particulars specification), buildings and surroundings of the buildings including cleaning and removing all vegetation all around the installation upto 3 mtrs from the plinth protection complete. (g) No RAR shall be admitted for payment if wage and attendance register of Trades personnel engaged duly verified by Engr-in-charge arenot produced alongwith RAR/FB. (h) NO RAR shall be admitted for payment if copy of payment proof made through Adhar linked Bank Accounts of Trades personnel engaged by the contractor duly verified by the Engineer-in-Charge are not submitted. (i). The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of EPF,Over head charges,GST and LWC etc as applicable.
