SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply and fix 45 Watt LED Street light fitting, pressure die-cast aluminium roadway luminaries with high powered LED (having efficacy of 100 lumen/watt) with secondary optics including surge protection, constant current driver with in built protection against lightning, over voltage & short circuit, LM6 Housing, IP 65 with operating voltage range 140 to 270 V with complete with all accessories mounted on and including 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe bracket, length not less than 1.5 m, bent to shape, fixed with FI clamps and connecting by means of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper wire from loop box/ceiling rose to light fitting complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Cost of Electrcal wire for connection of luminaire and GI pipe bracket shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Supply and hanging, ceiling fan, 1200 mm sweep with down rod, canopy, fan blades and accessories, BEE 5 Star Rated and connecting up including provision of PVC insulated, sheathed round flexible wire with multi stranded copper conductor of size 0.50 Sq mm, 3 core, 1100 Volts grade, from ceiling rose/ connector to fan including dismantling of existing fan and depositing in MES storeyard complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE : HAVELLS, Model : ES-50 5 / CROMPTON GREAVES, Model : Empower 50 /USHA, Model : TECHNIX FLAIR or equivalent model in BAJAJ / ORIENT / ALMONARD)

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, 900 RPM, heavy duty, AC Single Phase 230/240 volts, metal body with louver shutters including making circular hole in existing wall to accommodate exhaust fan and necessary civil work and making good the disturbed surface and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE : HAVELLS, Turbo Force SP / CROMPTON, EXHD380-6-1 / USHA, Turbo Heavy Duty or equivalent model in BAJAJ / ORIENT)

Supply and fixing MCB, SP 6-32 Amps, 240 Volts, ('C' Curve), 10KA breaking capacity, connected with suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 20 watts with and including LED tube rod (with efficacy 100 lumen/watt) 4 feet long suitable for single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete with and including constant current driver with in built protection against lightning, over voltage & short circuit and all other accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) complete.

Supply and fix LED lamp 05 Watt B22 standard cap colour temperature 6500K complete all as specified and directed.

(B) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Material and labour for well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks, best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts of breaking capacity of 16 KA of 63 Amps to be fixed in existing panel at MI Room all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar factory made ,cubical type, weather/vermine proof made out from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron frame work 50x50x6mm CPRI approved complete with painting after treatment in 7 tank process, excavation earthwork PCC for four legs complete all as specified and comprising of the following:- BUSBAR (a) Copper busbar 3 phase 4 wire of cap 100 Amps -1 Set. INCOMER (a) MCCB 4 Pole 415 Volts of breaking capacity of 16 KA of 63 Amps with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic setting -01 No. OUTGOING FEEDERS (a) MCCB 40 Amps 4 pole 415 volt with breaking capacity of 16 KA -02 No. (b) Voltmeter range 0-500V and Ammeter range 0-300 Amps square with suitable CTs - 01 Each (c) Indicating lamp red, yellow and blue colour - 01 set

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

(C) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for Construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal dimension 60x60x60 cm depth with sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:4) and 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4), PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (Using 40 mm graded borken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, PCC (1:3:6) type CI (using 20 mm graded borken stone aggregate) as in bedding and copping ,MS frame with 50x50x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangements, hinges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface, two coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed to view) including necessary excavation in soft/ loose soil ,returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

(D) SEWAGE DISPOSAL Material and labour for 10 users septic tank designed to carry sewage and water, excavation in any type of soil,removal , PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) below foundation , connection etc,. Complete all as sprcified and directed.

Material and Labour for soakage wells excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate), walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover interconnecting pipes of RCC /DWC complete filled with brick bats of size of size 1.2 M dia x 3.0 M deep complete all as specified and as directed.

(E) REF -AIR CONDITIONING Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 130 V to 280 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA all as specified and directed.

(F) WATER COOLER Supply and Fix voltage stabilizer automatic operation ,single phase, natuarlly cooled indoor type &designed for input variation between 130V to 280 V with output voltage stabilized 230V accuracy of +2.5% and capacity 2KVA all as specified and directed.

(G) ARBORICULTURE Supply and plantation of Dup grass including preparation of ground to required depth and filling of sweet earth, cow dung and watering etc complete all as specified.

Supply and plantation of palm tree (height of tree not less than 45 cm above ground level) incl preparation of ground to required depth and filling of sweet eath, cow dung and watering etc complete all as specified.

Supply and plantation of bouganvilla incl preparation of ground to required depth and filling of sweet earth, cow dung and watering etc complete all as specified.

Supply and plantation of hadges incl preparation of ground to required depth and filling of sweet earth, cow dung and watering etc complete all as specified. NOTE FOR ITEM NOS. 13.15 TO 13.18 :- The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of upkeeping and maintenance of the lawn & plants, proving manure, weeding, cutting & trimming of hedges as per desired shape for a period of one year from the certified date of completion).
