Repair of 1.5TR SAC units of various makes (LG-01Nos., Voltas-04Nos.,) i/c replacing of faulty component with new one and checking for functioning of both indoor and outdoor units, commissioning of the units etc., as required. (a) Indoor blower fan (LG unit)
(b) PCB full unit (Voltas unit)
( c ) Outdoor fan motor (Voltas unit)
Servicing of existing 1.5TR SAC units i/c dismantling of filters, cleaning with soap solution, cleaning of evaporator coil, condensor coil, external body, fan blade i/c servicing blowing fan motor, condensor fan motor by oiling and greazing, checking of all internal connections etc., as required. (a) LG Make unit
(b) Voltas Make unit
Replacement of faulty compressor suitable for 1.5TR SAC unit (LG make unit) i/c dismantling the faulty one by cutting the copper piping and providing new one by fixing and brazing, checking the leakage in the refrigerant circuit and pressure testing with nitrogen gas, testing and commissioning etc., as required.
Supplying of R22 / R410a refrigerant gas i/c transportation from vendor to site etc., as required.
