Taking down carefully copper/alumunium point wiring for light, fan, bell, socket or power complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendents regulators, sockets and tube light fittings etc, removing materials from site and making good distrubed surface of wall, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down main switches DBs with sheet metal enclosure 2/4/6/8 way SPN/TPN/DBs etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable stranded copper conductor single core in casing caping of 20/25 mm size complete with sunk iron pressed steel terminal box for fitting mounting switch/ sockets regulators etc. with laminated sheet 3 mm thick cover and with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire and connected to earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Opening Stator of Exhaust fan of 300mm sweep and Cleaning of Parts properly, replacement of unserviceable Parts as ordered, Greasing Moveable Parts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Unserviceable Parts viz Ball Bearing, Bush, Capacitor, Blades, etc. shall be Measured and Paid separately under respective Items as mentioned here-in-after.

M&L for re-winding the coil of Exhaust fan of 300 sweep with Supper Enameled Copper Wire of same Gauge and same Weight with Insulation Paper, Varnishing and Heating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Re-assemble the Exhaust fan of any sweep after repaired and Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing Surfaces of exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep of any make, cleaning dust and oil using steel brush and soap water, filling cavities with Filler and applying One Coat DUCCO Paint with spray machine including Writing MES No. in Black Paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down Ceiling Fan of any sweep and make by disconnecting electric connection, dismantling Blades, down rod and removing Ceiling Fan to MES STORE YARD OF AGE E/M RANGIA for Checking, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Opening Stator of Ceiling Fan 1200mm Sweep Cleaning of Parts, replacement of Unserviceable Parts as ordered, Greasing of Moveable Parts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M & L for painting of ceiling fan of 1200 /1400 mm sweep with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer after preparing the painting surface etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sub main wiring two run of size 4 sqmm PVC insulated electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor with 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire in casing caping of suitable size (two run of 4 sqmm cable and one of 4.0 sqmm wire and one run of PVC conduit / casing caping will be measured as one unit) including dismantling of existing unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sub main wiring two run of size 6 sqmm PVC insulated electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor with 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire in casing caping of suitable size (two run of 6 sqmm cable and one of 6.0 sqmm wire and one run of PVC conduit / casing caping will be measured as one unit) including dismantling of existing unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down, vertical storage type electric water heater (geyser) of storage capacity 25/50 ltrs for servicing by dismantling inner tank including replacement of unserviceable thermostat, heating element & indicating lamps, pressure release valve, fiber gasket, nuts & bolts, repairs to internal wiring and painting externally including fixing back on wall after completion of entire work complete connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The spares like thermostatic switch, heating element & lamps, presure release valve will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Supply only heating element of 1.5 KW/2.00 KW including fiber washer, ISI Marked, any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only non return valve 15 mm dia and connecting of complete, heavy duty, ISI Marked, any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable LT service wire of any size and in any position from floor, trenches or walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 4 sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable, PVC insulated aluminium condcutor with inner sheathed of PVC tape abd over all PVC sheathed for service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 01 mtr apart including 4mm dia suspension wire and twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanised iron 15 mm dia. light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc. including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i)The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-1 (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protectio of earth wire. (iii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pipt itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quioted rate. (iv) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr length earth lead wire.

Supply and lay earth continuity conductor or main GI earthing lead fixed to wall, on batten or recces or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix LED bulb 15 W including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
