Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of reputed brand

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including raking out old putty : Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm(weight not less than 10kg/sqm(including wooden fillets)

Earth work-in excavation for laying of PVC conduit for water exit including disposing of excess material

Providing and laying vitrified floor/ceramic wall tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete as per directions of engineer in charge

P/F of hardware fittings of reputed make and quality for wash room and kitchen including allied accessories or as like providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (30RM)(Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes 25mm dia complete with accessories (unions,sockets,elbows,FTT,MTT,MTE,FTE etc.) conforming to IS: 15801 required for PPR fixing angle valve 4 no.,bibcock 10 no.,wall mirror o1 no.,soap case,waste pipe ,towel rod 01 no. ,02 no.
