Supply and commissioning of fully automated Reverse Osmosis (RO) cum desalination plant of capacity 2000 LPH mounted with MS frames and covered with openable MS sheet door with mounting brackets, which uses latest advanced RO technology (fully automated). Work also involves open covered shed of size 4mx4m incl all accessories, special tools and supply of one year operating spares and cleaning chemicals/consumables all as per drawings and technical specifications attached in RFP Note: The rate shall include the shed for placing of RO Plant. Warranty period shall be min 2 yrs from the date of installation.

Supply and Construction of OR Living Shelter 20 Men with Solar of size 19.53m x 6.10 m x 3.00m with 1.5m wide verandah, with Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Wall Panels of 60mm thick and schedule of structure, store list and drawings are attached in RFP

Supply & construction of CHDH of overall size 19.53m x 6.10m with 1.5 m verandah to be made of fly ash brick masonry all around including internal,external electrification etc all as specified and as per drg and schedule of structure attached in RFP

Supply and construction of Pre fabricated Combined Toilet Bathroom of size 7.32m x 6.10m x 3.00m Shelter made of Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Wall Panels of 60mm thick including 'L' Shape corner panels,PPGI Roofing,Kotastone/Tile flooring,sanitary fittings,internal cum external electrification etc all as per the specifications and drawings attached in RFP

Supply and construction of Store shelter of size 19.53m x 6.1m x 3m with 1.5m wide varandah including MS truss,0.63mm thk PPGI sheet roofing ,Wall cladding ,internal ,external electrification etc complete all as specified and as per drawings and technical specifications attached in RFP

Supply and construction of Security watch tower of size (3m x 3m) and 9.40m high, accessed by cantilever staircase of wooden hand rail of 0.9m ht and observation platform of wooden flooring with wall cladding of 4mm thk MS sheet panalled of prelaminated board inner side as per specifications and drawings attached in RFP

Supply and construction of plinth of size 20 ft x 20 ft as per technical specifications and drawing attached in RFP

Supply and commissioning of 40 KVA silent diesel engine generating set (CPCB-IV emission norms) of Make Kirloskar/Crompton Greeves /Cummins or nearest higher capacity, with 3 phase AMF pannel gen set with acessories 415 V, 3 Phase, as per per IS-10001 1981 (reaffirmed 2021) and compatible alternator as per IS 13364 Part 1 / 1992 (reaffirmed 2018). Air/Liquid cooled engine complete with AMF control panel, along with all standard accessories, enclosed in acoustic enclosure to reduce noise pollution and including fitted of retrofit emission control device as per Central Pollution Control Board Noise Pollution norms, min 20.50 BHP at 1500RPM three phase 415 Vol AC, 50Hz, 0.8 PF, min32 KW, min 21 Amps, 12 Volts, electric start, air cooled diesel engine coupled with min 40KVA compatible alternator coupled on common base frame. Initial testing shall be done by the supplier at consignee for 12 Hrs and cost of fuel, testing equipment etc. for testing .
