Material and labour for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg/10Sqm of paving bitumen of grade VG-10 over bituminous macadam surfaces all as specified.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Bituminous pre-mixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % (Bitumen grade VG-40) binder content by weight of total mix, by hot mix process and laid by mechnical paver finisher, to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 ton power roller and compacted all as specified and directed. Note:-Note:- The rates to be worked out by the contractor for quoting their rate for this item is on the basis of binder content of 5.5% of the total mix by weight. At the time of actual design mix for the bitumen content more than the specified percentage contractor shall not be reimbursed any extra cost and bitumen content less than the specified percentage then rate shall be adjusted on minus side based on prevailing rate of bitumen.

Material and labour for scarifying or picking existing graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and depth not exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10kg/10Sqm of paving bitumen of grade VG-10 over WBM surfaces all as specified.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to unleveled surfaces, depression, road side cuts etc., by filling premixed bituminous macadam using VG-40 paving bitumen @ 4% by weight to total mix in unleveled surfaces, depression, road side cuts etc .laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tone power roller (consolidated thickness of 75 mm or less) and laid by mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for repair to pot holes not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping in free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and by applying tack coat with bitumen primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m putting in premixed bituminous macadum well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 2.5 mm thick 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic road marking of compound of white / yellow of approved shade for road marking of width not exc. 100 mm and painting lines, dashes,arrows etc on bitumen road / pavement and on concrete/ bituminous surfaces using indigenous modern propelled road marking machine including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter filler etc removing old paint by paint remover and cleaning with scrapers for removing all dirt/dust and other foreign matters at site and managing traffic control etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repiars of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including dismantling of old metal tubular delineator in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rates to be worked out by the contractor for quoting their rate for this item is inclusive of demolition of PCC, excavation, removal and fixing new metal tubular delineator in PCC (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm stone aggregate.

Supply and fixing in repiars of solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The amount of schedule of credit on page No. 26 shall be deducted from the amount quoted against sch 'A' while deriving at the contract sum for acceptance.
