S&F Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame incl dismantling of old ceiling boards (fiber pulp, insulation, etc.) or unsulation boards/slabs, cover fillets of any thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminiun anodised snap grid ceiling of frame size 600x600mm, main Tee section of size 36.5mmx25mm x1.4 mm thick , cross Tee section of size 23.5mm x26.4 mm x1.4 mm thick, supported at ends all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm thick and 2-3mm dia GI suspenders including 4mm thick E board ceiling HPSC fixed to aluminium frame complete as per manufacturer's instructions incl dismantling of old ceiling boards (fiber pulp, insulation, etc..) or unsulation boards/slabs, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6, incl demolition of old brick wk of any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 25mm thick, as in sub-base and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slury and pointed in white or coloured to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 for layig floor finish including dismantling old tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.
