Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable/Pipe lines / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable DI/CI pipe with all fittings from trenches of following sizes all as directed :- (Note : Excavation & earth work will be measured & paid seperately under respective item ).

Supply,laying, jointing and testing of DI pipe of 150 mm bore ISI marked, spigot and socketed type, Class K-7 centrifugally cast suitable for rubber tyton joints laid in trenches including all necessary fiitings and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for brick masonry valve pit internal size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm with one brick thick wall using sub class ‘B’ brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20cm thick PCC plate form with 15cm off sets on every side of 1:3:6 type C-1 including plastering of internal surfaces and exposed surfaces with 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and 50mm thick RCC cover (in two equal parts 1:2:4 type B-1 with 10mm dia deformed bars at 10cm interval on both side including necessary form work with 150mm dia hole in the center complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & Fixing in replacement of old unsv CI Sluice valve with flanged ends of size 150 mm dia , PN 1.6 complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber / fiber board gasket,nuts, washer etc including taking down old/ unservicable Sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note:Rate for any T&P and welding works required for fixing of sluice valve are included in quoted rate.

Cutting of existing cast iron pipe and reducing the length upto required level for insertion of new tee, branch connection or any other means etc.upto 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Circular welding on any type of pipe at site including surface preparation and all necessary T&P required for welding at site with electric supply through generator set and welding at site including testing of joints after completion of the welding, complete, all as specified.

Disconnecting and taking out the old unserviceable Non Return valve of the following size from the existing pipe line and Supply and fixing new non return valve of size 150mm dia ISI marked including any addition/alteration required in delivery/suction side including rubber gasket and nut bolt etc. all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of old unsv inbuilt star delta starter assembly (As per existing model) complete suitable for 25-35HP sub mersible pumping set including fixing in same posiion and making necessary electrical connection to LT control panel of pump house and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & Fixing MS ERW Water Intake Header Pipe 150 mm bore as Per IS: 3589, 6 mm wall thickness, Steel Grade Fe 330, in 6.00 mtr length with welded flanges, MS flanges not less than 24 mm thick, on one end fixed and other end joint with intake water pipe line all as directed, including PCC foundation on both ends of pipe and painting with two coat of enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed. Note- Rates of MS ERW PIPE, MS flanges and other items required at site are included in quoted rate.

S & F in replacement of water level indicator panel complete set showing stepwise indication of level of water with sensor suitable for 75000/50000 Gallons over head RCC tank and making electrical connections and testing including taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of damaged/unsv water level sensor with controller unit not less than 10 mtr where directed and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down or up 20 mm bore galvanised iron tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal all as specified.

S&F GI tubing 20mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only GI tubing 20mm bore retrieved from srl item 1 with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling water tank exc 250ltr but n exc 500 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed

Rotational moulded polythylene water storage three layer white colour tanks capacity 500 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed
